ABOUT TY TEMPLIN
I am currently a Research Engineer at the Southwest Research Institute where I primarily am applying multi-body dynamics models to support development of our markerless biomechanics technology. Previously, I was graduate research assistant at the University of Texas at Austin in Dr. Rick Neptune\'s Neuromuscular Biomechanics Lab where I used musculoskeletal modeling and simulation to study amputee walking mechanics. I received my M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin where I was also a member of the football team.
