Prepared budgets, forecasts and ran economics, conducted long-range planning and feasibility studies and presented to upper-level management. • Direct full lifecycle facility projects including scoping, economics, design, regulatory and environmental permitting, construction execution, post-startup surveillance and optimization and root cause/continuous improvement activities.• Developed AI tool that reviews estimates and purchase orders against actual projects expenses and flags duplicate and suspicious charges. • Co-developed AI tool that saves $4 MM annually by minimizing source water fees, optimizing source points and reducing pumping costs.
