Assist students and campus community members with their ticketing needs through platforms such as Vozzi and Salesforce- Manage ticket sales and distribution using Archtics and TM1 ticketing systems- Coordinate player recruit tickets, player guest tickets, and visiting team ticket needs, ensuring compliance and smooth distribution on game days- Collaborate with the Premium Sales Team and the Sales & Service Team, communicating effectively through Slack to provide seamless support- Deliver high-level customer service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting ticket issues, and creating a positive fan experience- Contribute to game-day operations, including will-call support, guest relations, and ensuring timely ticket delivery- Maintain accurate records of transactions and engagement to support departmental efficiency.
