Experienced M.Sc. with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Mineral Exploration, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, ioGAS, Microsoft programs, Public Speaking, and mapping. Strong research professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Saskatchewan which focused on geochemical deposit modelling and currently holding an ioGAS licenseMy M.Sc. research focused on mapping, sampling, and modelling a Pb-Zn deposit in Maarmorilik, Greenland. Fieldwork during my M.Sc. thesis included isolated camping and landing on small cliff sides from a helicopter to map/sample sulfide occurrences. During my M.Sc, I also competed in a collaborative international exploration competition, focused on porphyry exploration in the Yukon Territories using open-sourced geophysical, geochemical and geological data. The result of this project found multiple regional targets profitable for porphyry exploration and placed our team of four in 2nd Place.I have previous experience in both industry and academic work, specializing in the exploration field including field mapping, managing large sets of geological data, geophysical studies, core logging, QA/QC, sampling methods, and structural vein research in a intrusion-related (IRGS) gold system, as well as base metal and porphyry ore deposit modelling, and Orogenic gold systems. Additionally, I have experience dealing with bulk geochemical data to evaluate and delineate important information that may have been overlooked if not missed previously within both soils, rock, and Drill core data.I also have a fair amount of experience travelling for work. I have conducted research and working in isolated areas such as arctic Greenland, Africa, Yukon Territories, Montana, Alberta, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. I have also presented research and new collaborations in Toronto, Quebec City, Copenhagen, South Africa and Vancouver.
