Lead a finance and accounting organization of 20 professionals and serve as the primary finance partner to senior leadership on earnings support, EBITDA forecasting, working capital optimization, covenant reporting, banking relationships, acquisitions, and systems integration.My role combines controllership discipline with forward-looking finance leadership, including ownership of monthly operating forecasts, commodity price risk considerations, technical accounting matters, legal entity and intercompany structures, SOX execution, external audit leadership, and post-acquisition financial integration.
