I’m an economics graduate from Binghamton University with hands-on experience across real estate investing, financial services, and sales. My background has been built around business development, relationship building, and structuring deals that create long-term value.Currently, I’m the Founder and Managing Partner of Cashthorne Group, where I source and structure real estate investment opportunities by providing capital to contractors for residential property acquisitions. In the first two months of operations, I secured and structured financing for multiple residential contracts while building partnerships with local investors and contractors to grow the deal pipeline.Alongside this, I work as a Retirement Planner where I develop income strategies using annuities and life insurance to help clients protect assets and create stable retirement income. The role has strengthened my ability to prospect at scale, conducting 150+ outbound calls daily to generate leads and build a strong client connection.Across each role, my focus has remained the same: building relationships, solving financial problems, and driving results through persistence and disciplined execution.
