About Ty Larson
Currently working at the Fiserv Global Command Center in a hybrid major incident management role in Fintech. I have driven over 600 major incidents for six different Fiserv divisions to mitigation and restoration of service. Experienced with training, tutoring, and managing employees applying organizational psychology and principles such as Vygotsky\'s Zone of Proximal Development. I\'ve taught hundreds if not thousands of employees, executive stakeholders, students, clients, and 3rd party employees over decades and lead presentations on new technology. Examples include how to toss a pizza properly, how to print wirelessly to an HP printer when that was SOTA, use a POS or till at a wide range of stores and restaurants, solder a replacement part on remote control car, incident management, calculus, creative writing, english 101, and how to play instruments. I\'ve consulted for various organizations such as mining conglomerates, independent coffee shops, and gaming companies (video, ttrpg, card, and board), and was part of a team helping non-profit organizations such as the Charles Drew Health Center, Lutheran Family Services, and the Open Door Mission. As part of my hobbies I\'ve been a project leader, designer, proofreader, sponsor relationship manager, writer, and editor. EFTPS background/security compliant. BTS 159631.
