Oversee site operations and coordinate safety practices at the major sq. ft, 39-acre Adobe Utah campus in Lehi UT, sq. ft. Adobe office complex in Seattle, WA, plus additional offices in Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; Portland and Adobe\'s major data center in Hillsboro, OR. Manage all aspects of corporate physical security services for Adobe’s Digital Experience headquarters campus in Lehi, UT, with over 2,050 employees, the leased Adobe Seattle office with over 890 employees, and another 1,100 employees at the other office locations. Act as client leader and mentor of three contract physical security teams responsible for access control and CCTV systems, customer service, safety, ergonomics, emergency response, special event support, and Work closely with the Site Operations/Engineering and special events teams to allocate space, plan facilities upgrades, plan special events, and generally co-manage the Employee & Workplace Solutions teams at all seven sites- Manage an annual budget of over $3.7M, and adapt to the ever-changing requirements of the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure organizational and CDC best practices.
