About Ty Jones
My passion for fitness began in 1983 as a student at Mercer University. I became nationally certified in 1993 and have been helping clients reach their fitness health and fitness goals as a personal trainer ever since. I am a Master Trainer with articles and workouts featured in the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Atlanta Sport and Fitness, and Around About Walton magazine. We opened the first Fit for Life personal training facility in early 1997. This East Cobb facility is devoted to the comfort, convenience, and success of FFL’s clients and trainers. Today the Fit for Life family has grown to 6 nationally certified trainers and nearly 120 active clients. My wish is that all clients achieve their obtainable goals and that this healthier way becomes a lifestyle.
