Additionally, the course is fully staffed with golf instructors available for adult or youth lessons-Develop daily instruction plans for youth golfers in order to foster growth and engagement resulting in a positive experience for participants-Resolve various conflicts among youth participants to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both participants and guests of the facility-Attend to the needs of everyday golfers while operating the driving range and pro shop resulting in a heightened customer experience-Led a summerlong program centered around instruction for aspiring high school golfers with many of the participants fulfilling their goal to play high school golf this past fall
