Reporting directly to the CPO, I drive the consolidation of multiple logistics facilities into a centralized, flagship distribution center, while implementing automation and advanced inventory strategies to improve service, agility, and cost efficiency across global brands.Key Focus Areas: • Strategic Facility Consolidation – Overseeing the planning and execution of merging multiple U.S. distribution centers into a single, automated hub without disruption to service levels. • Supply Chain Process Optimization – Deploying automation across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while embedding lean methodologies to eliminate waste. • Inventory & Demand Planning – Driving forecasting accuracy, replenishment strategies, and safety stock modeling to balance working capital with product availability. • Leadership & Governance – Building and leading a high-performing team across the Americas with a metrics-driven culture centered on accountability, SLAs, and KPIs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partnering with Category Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Content teams to align supply chain operations with go-to-market goals, including NPI readiness. • Technology & Analytics – Championing supply chain visibility tools, AI-driven demand sensing, and real-time dashboards to improve decision-making and performance tracking.
