ABOUT TY FANSLER

I am passionate about people. Love building lasting relationships with fellow workers to bring the best results to the business and our work lives. People first always.I take large loads of information and direction from the Executive Team and navigate the best course of actions and communicative routes to align our success with the company vision. This takes thorough strategic planning and the ability to immediately adapt to new information and trends. Building a team of likewise talents and ensuring their needs are fulfilled and objectives aligned is the most important job I do each day.As a father of five wonderful children, I learned to work hard every day to earn my way into leadership positions. We have moved all around the country to take these opportunities and have done so in stride. I was given the ability to further opportunities by completing my Bachelors degree, and thereafter my MBA, which was earned while working full time as a District Manager/RVPIT and helping raise five children. I am thankful of what has been afforded me and proud of what I have delivered in return.My parents took me throughout the US and Canada for weeks at a time to ensure my experiences were full and filled with a desire for learning and an appreciation for context. This foundation gave me the confidence and endurance to find success as an athlete, scholar, and musician as a young adult. When our family began, my sole motivation became their interest, and my success as a businessperson became paramount to fulfilling those interests. Our teams have consistently led the company we have worked for in KPIs and sales initiatives, earning recognitions for superior results through awards, merits, and incentives.My life has made my time filled with happiness, and an absolute understanding: we do all of this together.
