I am a results-oriented IT and Business Change professional with a 25 year successful track record in delivering the full life cycle of projects spanning the finance, insurance, retail, and consultancy industries. Project portfolios I have managed have covered systems implementations, Major Business Change, Warehousing, Distribution and Construction. I am a motivated and energetic manager with great success in managing both real and virtual teams and developing their efficiency of delivery and quality of output over multiple projects. I have managed large scale Digital Transformation, Data Migrations, Process Improvements, Methodology Implementations and thrive in environments where both business and IT changes are needed to make a big impact. I am able to make the best use of a number of approaches, such as PRINCE 2, Scrum and Agile, to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently within timescales, to quality standards and on budget.
