   Senior Engineering Manager of the MLI Compute group and Developer Productivity groups.Since September 2024, managed 35 engineers across 3 engineering managers in support of Developer Productivity across all of Cruise.Since March 2023, managed 15 engineers across 2 engineering managers in support of Build across all of Cruise (i.e, safety and analyzers / sanitizers, compilers, third-party library support, embedded systems support, AI support, etc.).For 3 years, managed 20 engineers across 2 - 3 engineering managers in support of MLI Compute. Managed the architectural and technical direction of the product and service to provide a scalable and reliable ML orchestration and compute platforms. Grew the MLI Compute group from 5 to 20 over an 18 month period, pioneering both the orchestration platform team formation and distributed computed platform team formation.
