At Innovaccer, my role has evolved from documentation and enablement into analytics, cross-functional program ownership, and AI-driven automation, with a focus on building systems that scale and enable better decisions- I lead end-to-end program execution for strategic initiatives such as ACCESS and LEAD, coordinating work across GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance from planning through launch and delivery- For other initiatives, I create and operationalise Statements of Work defining SKU scope, delivery boundaries, dependencies, timelines, and commercial guardrails, reducing delivery and deal risk across 10+ projects- I build leadership-facing analytics and dashboards consolidating data across product, engineering, finance, AI, and operations to support decisions on OKRs, adoption, productivity, cost efficiency, and revenue forecasting- I designed an organization-wide OKR and variable payout analytics system, integrating 50+ data sources, cutting operational effort by 80% and unlocking $6M in annual savings across 500+ employees- I focus on automation and operational scale, designing an AI-driven workflow to automate GA release note creation across 15+ products, replacing a manual process with a standardized, review-ready system that improves quality, consistency, and on-time delivery- Earlier, I supported product strategy and launch readiness through GA releases, PRDs, user guides, and training assets, partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to translate product changes into clear, launch-ready communication.Overall, my work spans product strategy support, business analysis, program management, analytics, and automation, focusing on reducing ambiguity and scaling execution through data and AI.

I’ve spent time running complex operational workflows manually, which helped me deeply understand the gaps and failure points before automating them.
