About Twinkle Gupta
I am a Chemical Engineering undergraduate at IIT Ropar with a strong interest in applying data-driven and machine learning approaches to complex engineering and environmental problems. My academic and research work lies at the intersection of process engineering, time-series modeling, and artificial intelligence. I have completed research internships focused on soil moisture prediction using hybrid Just-In-Time learning models and sea surface temperature prediction using Spatio-Temporal Graph Neural Networks (STGNNs) on large-scale sensor and oceanographic datasets. I have also worked on projects involving anomaly detection in chemical sensor data, soft sensor development for industrial processes, and dynamic modeling and control of biomedical systems. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, modeling, and translating data-driven insights into practical engineering solutions.
