ABOUT TWINELLE H.
I have worked in Healthcare for over 10 years and competed as an elite athlete for 15 years. Across the pandemic I was supporting the Covid Infection Survey for the Office for national Statistics, administering antigen swab tests and antibody blood tests. In my previous role as a Corporate Champion of health assessments, I promoted healthy lifestyles by carrying out health tests, leading presentations and fronting marketing days to our B2C employees. This has been key in aiding liaisons with large companies such as Capita and Vitality and has subsequently helped me to gain an insight into occupational health.Prior to this, I worked with Sports for Schools leading fitness days and assemblies for Nursery and key stage 1-2. This further developed my public speaking skills and drove my passion for active lifestyle promotion in all ages. Additionally, representing Great Britain and competing in elite sport for over 10 years has played a key role in directing my interests in exercise as medicine and other health benefits.I am very passionate about my work and look forward to connecting with others also interested in health and well being, both in occupational environments and in everyday life.
