BECU is a member-owned, not-for-profit credit union, and is one of the four largest credit unions in the nation and the leader in member business lending. BECU strives to be the leading financial services cooperative in the nation and our Purpose is to improve the financial well-being of our members and communities we serve. As VP of Agile Practices at BECU, I facilitate reimagining, preparing, and implementing a new way of working and leading in an Agile and DevOps environment across the enterprise. I lead the evolution of Agile practices at BECU by enacting transformational change aligning stakeholders to a product operating model. I partner with other leaders to create strategic goals around value streams, capabilities and product delivery and work to ensure consistent application of best practices and clear visibility to our transformation progress, roadblocks, and risks. I report to the SVP of Enterprise Strategic Services and play a critical lead role in the credit union’s overall transformation. Using new ways of working we create reimagined experiences that help members navigate their unique financial journey.
