About Trevor White

If you were to ask someone with children what phases they went through growing up, you will probably hear about the “why” phase. During this phase, any answer they give to the child is followed up with numerous why’s often to the point of frustration. I never grew out of this phase; however, I have developed more effective practices that do not cause frustration. Whether listening to podcasts, pursuing certifications/degrees like a Masters in Leadership Development or even having a meaningful conversation with someone, I always leave the experience feeling exhilarated. While in my role as General Manager, I was able to leverage this desire to understand the why’s to gain a deeper understanding of what drove my team to feel successful. By working with each individual and leveraging their why’s, I led them from being part of an underperforming office to one of the most successful ones in our district. I am passionate about activities that require me to break down information to complete a given task successfully. I am an avid fan of puzzles, with one always in process to complete in my downtime. Breaking up the puzzle into sections and putting it together excites me, and the rush I feel when it is finished is exciting. In a previous role, I was able to use this passion to decrease the number of transportation tracking errors by 15% in an assigned district.
