With over 32 years of experience in various roles, including administrator, program manager, recruiter, facilitator, and trainer in both higher education and government, I bring a wealth of expertise in project management and strategy. I am highly skilled in managing fiscal and human resources, evaluating and forecasting budgets, and developing policies, procedures, and processes across all administrative functions. I have successfully facilitated administrative training, case competitions, leadership development activities, workshops, focus groups, and events. I also possess extensive supervisory experience, guiding, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Known for strong written and verbal communication skills, I am a compelling motivational speaker and adept at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, donors, and community members.
