   Financial Executives International (“FEI”) is a professional association consisting of senior financial executives from every major industry across 65 U.S. chapters. The goal of the FEI is to enhance member professional development and promote a culture of ethical leadership through peer networking, engagement in knowledge-building conferences and seminars, sharing of best practices and representation in national and global policy debates. The FEI is an influential voice on behalf of financial executives before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO), International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), and the U.S. Congress on issues related to corporate financial reporting and business policy.National Board of DirectorsI was elected to the National Board of Directors in 2013, joined the Budget and Finance Committee in 2014 and elected Secretary in 2015. During my tenure, the Board restructured the management team and oversaw the development and implementation of the organization’s long-term strategic plan in an effort to ensure the organization’s fiscal sustainability.Connecticut/Westchester ChapterI have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut/Westchester Chapter of FEI since 2007 and was its President from 20••••11. In my role as President, I was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that provided members with the most current “thought leadership” on matters of critical importance, while reversing membership decline and increasing member participation. I built a strong team of officers and directors to ensure that the chapter continues to thrive. I currently chair the Sponsorship Committee and am actively involved in program development.
