I’m a Finance professional with over 7 years of experience in diverse industries including Healthcare and Oil & Gas Private Equity. I have helped the organizations that I am associated with grow through investment analysis, real estate development and mergers & acquisitions. Some examples include: •Managing $1B of real estate and capital projects for UnityPoint Health; the nation\'s fifth largest non-denominational health system. I work closely with key stakeholders to develop budgets, evaluate potential investments, and track funding approvals. •As an Acquisitions Associate at Brookwood Financial Partners, I conducted market research, built financial models, and led due diligence for over 20 gas station and convenience store acquisitions. This resulted in the portfolio growing from 30 locations to over 450 locations across the country. I also am passionate about helping improve the communities that I live and work in. I currently serve on multiple local and state level boards, including an appointment by the Governor of the State of Iowa as a Commissioner of the Iowa Real Estate Commission.
