Teaming up to design equity-centered qualitative research and deliver actionable insights on a wide range of data collected through—ethnographic observations/field studies, in depth interviews, focus groups, human-centered/design thinking workshops, survey questionnaires, literature reviews, program materials, quality improvement plans, and/or other secondary data analyses. Highly experienced co-creating/collaborating with communities disproportionately impacted by health inequities and historically underrepresented in research and product development, especially Black/African American, LGBTQIA+, and rural populations. Overall, I have more than 20 years\' experience bridging the fields of sociology, healthcare services, health IT, and health communication—while managing/leading and improving processes and programs and conducting qualitative and mixed methods research with U.S-based and global teams.
