Assisting embryologists with IVF and ICSI laboratory procedures.⁠•⁠ Preparation of laboratory equipment, media, and culture dishes for daily IVF procedures.⁠•⁠ Handling and processing gametes (sperm and oocytes) under supervision.⁠•⁠ Supporting embryo culture and monitoring embryo development in the laboratory.⁠•⁠ Assisting with cryopreservation processes, including setting up for freezing and thawing of gametes and embryos.⁠•⁠ Maintaining strict laboratory quality control and quality assurance procedures.⁠•⁠ Ensuring compliance with regulatory and laboratory standards (e.g, SOPs, traceability, witnessing systems).⁠•⁠ Accurate documentation and record keeping of laboratory procedures and patient samples.⁠•⁠ Supporting laboratory maintenance, stock management, and equipment checks.⁠•⁠ Working closely with embryologists, clinicians, nurses, and the wider fertility team to support patient treatment cycles.
