Workday Business Process Reviews and Improvements for core HR.• Assigning workday system right to HR assist, HR partner, Compliance admin and other roles in workday.• Participating in system testing, mass-uploads, and data cleansing in support of major enhancements, releases, and upgrades. • Conduct regression testing for Workday releases and updates; and introducing new/enhanced features.• Provided innovative solution by using Request Framework for ad-hoc HR Project.
