Global Partners in Hope (GPiH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with its headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. Led by visionaries with decades of overseas experience, GPiH exists to meet the tangible needs of people in communities across the globe, delivering real, sustainable hope. This is accomplished through an innovative process:First: GPiH strategically identifies global communities with significant needs, where local leaders and government officials are willing to partnerSecond: GPiH cultivates meaningful relationships with these officials to open doors and gain unprecedented access and supportThird: GPiH works collaboratively with these leaders to identify tangible projects that will make a significant and sustainable impact in the communitiesFourth: GPiHmoves quickly to lay the necessary groundwork, putting the pieces in place for the project to succeedFinally: GPiH identifies partners in the United States who are able and willing to help and bridges the two groups, facilitating the successful completion of the projectCurrently, GPiH is delivering life-changing hope to individuals in Mali, West Africa and Beijing, China:Mali, West Africa – In this village region of West Africa, the statistics are staggering: 20% of children die by age 10; the average person lives 80 miles from a hospital or medical clinic; and the average household income is only $23 a week. Global Partners in Hope is forming partnerships to meet the most basic needs of the people of Mali, providing clean, reliable water wells; medical clinics; and microfinance programs.Beijing, China – As the most populous nation in the world, China is experiencing extraordinary economic growth. Along with this growth has come increasing social pressure on families and business leaders. Global Partners in Hope is working with Chinese leaders to open unprecedented doors and offer leadership training, community outreach training, and marriage and family counseling.
