Provide mentorship, education, and training for Production, BA, and other departments. Work across Droga5 global network to communicate best practices and guide their production departments as needed. • Provide senior guidance on SAG-AFTRA policies and procedures. Collaborate with top-level agency teams and multiple outside sources on large initiatives, including managing the agency through the SAG-AFTRA Letter of Adherence third-party signatory process, and helping develop the response/best practices for returning to live production post-covid-19. • Collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate celebrity negotiations and premium music licensing, including estimating/payment of any union or pension obligations due (SAG-AFTRA, AFM, etc.) • Resolve financial, budget, billing, and legal issues both internally and externally. Strong knowledge of production insurance programs and claims management. • Partner with BA Director on hiring, scoping, and other initiatives. Helped grow department from a low of 3, to now include 16 people of various specialties/capabilities.
