Type I and Type II (non-combustible, such as steel or concrete) construction are the most common construction types that I work with, but I also work to varying extents in wood framed and heavy timber framed buildings.I have worked on projects with construction budgets as small as $500 thousand and as large as $850 million.High rise buildings, hospital bed towers, state capitols, courthouses, state park lodges, schools, student housing, libraries, apartment buildings, university academic buildings, theaters (historic), and greenhouses are all in my portfolio.My most common roles on projects are the Project Architect and Project Manager roles. All of the work that I produce is part of a team effort that involves many of my amazing colleagues and our partners.Dream Projects (why not!):1) Pretty much any kind of energy neutral building. 2) I would love to design nature inspired small dwellings.
