Maintain and communicate shipping timelines and deadlines to all relevant parties, including customers, ocean carriers, co-loaders, internal teams, and other outside vendors- Using a nationwide tracing system to monitor every pending shipment, on-water transit, U.S. arrival, and rail movement of each FCL/LCL shipment- Accurately and timely reconcile documents and handled data input for every import file- Interact in pricing and quoting experiences for all modes of transportation (ocean, rail, FCL, LCL, ground)- Keep customers in constant communication with import milestones and if needed, resolve any issues to ensure smooth service.
