Conduct complex flow cytometry experiments.\\\\nAssist in the planning of experiments and help in various laboratory activites, including scheduling, preparation of reagents, documentation, pertaining to the optimal operation of the Bioanalytical and immune monitoring laboratory.\\\\nTrain and mentor other laboratory members on complex immunoassay methods for Synthekine drug products. Collaborate with R&D to develop in vitro functional bioassays for drug product activity and characterization\\\\nPrepare and review technical documents for laboratory assay work in accordance with Synthekine’s standards and procedures. Write Equipment and Method SOP as required.\\\\nPresent at group meetings, project team meetings and company-wide meetings.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
