We help clients understand people and inspire growth.* Recognized 2022 for the Kantar Women in Leadership ProgrammeSome of my key responsibilities:• Global Procurement head strategy that drives highly significant year-on-year $ savings and cost efficiencies;• Scoping and driving annual objectives across regions;• Supplier Value Relationship Management- managing and developing relationships with key sample vendors that partner with Kantar to sustain growth;• Negotiation of multi-year contracts• Outcome-oriented – creating focus, moving roadblocks, tackling difficult problems & being action-oriented;• Managing onboarding into the Kantar Private Marketplace with key Kantar sample partners (knowledgeable in API mapping integration protocols);• Data driven, automation oriented; working closely with BI and regional operation heads to expose performance, identify areas of improvement and promote success examples;• GDPR, CCPA Kantar compliance- working closely with Kantar Privacy and compliance officer & data security;• Kantar Partners Direct integration through consent approach for: a)Data matching and Enrichment(complementing profile and survey responses); b)Advertising Targeting and Media Buying Research(helping advertisers target better their ads); c)Ad Exposure and Measurement (identifying exposure to selected ads in social media landscape); d) Real World Advertising Research (exposing respondents to selected ads in their own natural web environment).• Developing & documenting up to date sample guidelines and access to insightful spend data that helps regional sales & operations to take the best sample oriented decisions for our clients;• End escalation head: Troubleshooting & finding resolutions for the occasional projects that encounter challenges which can not find settlement at regional director heads level.
