Responsible for:• Building stronger brand equity through a consistent cadence of marketing/creative delivery, resulting in record organizational growth over the past five years.• Defining style guidelines for all photography/CGI and implementing them across entire product portfolio and retail channels.• Pursuing current design trends, creating mood boards, constructing shot lists, and contributing to set styling to ensure compelling image creation for our database. • Effectively launching the first new product for the brand in 15 years, Sheer Shadings exceeded the sales estimates by nearly double the first year.• Initiating the adoption of a project workflow and proofing tool which has increased project visibility, streamlined process, and added accountability.
