The community is beyond social, with active participation offline in early morning run sessions thrice a week. Through Bombay Running, we created and collaborated IPs, events and content with leading sports brands such as Nike, RedBull, Garmin and many more.In the past, I was leading UNFYD® Digital Products Growth at SmartConnect Technologies. UNFYD® helps enterprises breaks digital silos, enable automated digital experiences via ChatBots- Hybrid, ORM integrated with new-age CRM.Prior to SmartConnect Technologies, I helped Reliance Communications draw strategy and navigate the outsourcing of the PAN India contact center operations & technology. I have also worked with HOV Services, a collections oriented BPO in US & India and managing their contact center technology spread across two continents. I received my M.S in Interdisciplinary Telecommunications from University of Colorado, Boulder and B.E. Electronics & Telecom from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai.
