About Tushar Parikh

Organizations across the world are leaning towards Agile as a mindset, as a way of work life. Many are at different stages of scaling Agile to run their shop more efficiently. As an Agile Coach, my focus is to assist organizational transformation in improving Agile Adoption, building Scaled Agile practices. In my 25 years into IT development and consulting, I\'ve worked with different organizations, with different approaches, across many countries to understand what does not work. I have grown to appreciate Lean and Agile ways of working the hard way. I do believe that \'Agile Works\'. I am certified to conduct Scaled Agile trainings as a SAFe Practice Consultant. I am a credentialed Professional Life Coach (PCC) from Internation Coaching Federation (ICF). These skills are key in bringing about mindset shifts as an Agile Coach Previously, I have led large programs, portfolios, consulted in Riyadh, UK, Ireland for a few years. I\'ve loved to travel and work in multiple cultures. I believe in building trust based lasting relationships to improve efficiency and effectiveness. As a huge self-critique, it makes me very uneasy, if I am not making a real difference. Organizations can leverage my skills in leading transformation initiatives, especially Agile Transformation in large and complex environments. I enjoy motorcycle riding, trekking and racket sports. Recently I successfully completed a trek to Everest Base Camp at 5,364 meters. It was an unbelievably beautiful and humbling experience in the Himalayas
