I’m an executive supply chain and operations leader who specializes in building what organizations need next—not just running what already exists.Over the last 15+ years, I’ve been brought into complex environments to either fix what’s broken or build something new: fragmented planning organizations, manual and brittle decision-making, and supply chains that struggle as scale and complexity increase. My work consistently focuses on three things—people, operating models, and decision systems—because durable results come from designing the system, not relying on heroic execution.I’ve led enterprise-scale supply chains across retail, healthcare, and infrastructure environments, with accountability for multi-billion-dollar spend and $1B+ inventory portfolios.
