As a Revenue Growth Analyst for the Caribbean trade, I manage pricing strategy and revenue performance through a data-driven and commercially focused approach. My role involves optimising pricing, modelling revenue scenarios, and aligning strategies to deliver strong occupancy and ROLB results.I work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Planning teams to translate complex data into clear actions that drive demand and maximise revenue opportunities. This includes supporting key campaigns by identifying the right cruises to focus on and ensuring timely alignment across teams.I actively use Power BI, SQL, Tableau and Snowflake to extract insights, monitor trading performance, and inform decision-making. I also contribute to enhancing our yield optimisation tools (YODA) by testing recommendations, collaborating with Data Science to refine functionality, and embedding outputs into daily trading decisions.In addition, I’ve supported continuous improvement through process efficiencies in reporting, data accuracy, and performance tracking. I’m passionate about using analytics to shape commercial strategy and am currently focused on advancing my revenue modelling skills to support long-term business planning.
