Busbar Systems - Subject Matter Expert (SME) Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Standardization of busbar design requirements, testing and validation- Driving the achievement of technical compliance for specific commodities to plan- Coaching and mentoring delivery engineers in order to maintain technical integrity in delivery- Provide technical leadership and guidance on problem resolution topics- Facilitate cross functional issue resolution across complex systems- Ensure standards are maintained to the highest levels through annual process- Drive continuous improvement in technical standards through improved requirements, design guidelines and detection methods- Develop busbar strategy document taking into account new busbar technology and supporting sustainability goal- Drive improved technical excellence via prevent recurrence by capturing learning and best practice from all available benchmark sources- Ensure that data integrity in TRM & XRay is compliant with the systems under their responsibility- Provide leadership and technical guidance to external interfacing programme teams- Provide technical assessment support to delivery teams for supplier selection- Ensure that classification processes are correctly applied in RMDV for respective systems- Ensure that foundation documents and DFMEA / SCSS data is maintained and cascaded to delivery teams- Provide technical leadership and advice to group/chapter leaders and product owners- Capture intellectual property and develop patents for respective systems- Ensure that strategic technical direction determined by technical specialists is deployed correctly into live programmes- Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals
