I regularly appear before the City Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and NCLAT, representing a wide spectrum of clients including financial institutions, corporates, and insolvency professionals. I lead matters involving complex contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, debt recovery, and corporate insolvency, providing end-to-end litigation strategy and execution. With a strong command over procedural and substantive law, I also play a key role in client advisory, pre-litigation strategy, and settlement negotiations. My position allows me to not only advocate effectively in court but also to mentor junior associates and contribute to the overall growth and success of the dispute resolution practice.
