Delivered a suite of PowerBi performance trackers for the UK, Austrian & German Debit/Credit Card products tracking KPIs such as acquisitions, spend, marketing performance, attrition & revenue. The Framework was created through collaboration with several key stakeholders to ensure business critical questions are answered on an ongoing basis.Liaised with the APACx team to deliver an International Performance tracker which flows into a Monthly forum to discuss opportunity areas & performance successes. Ongoing collaboration with external partners to enrich performance data & streamline delivery processes, such as creating an SFTP link between Hilton an external partner to maximise efficiencies. This enabled us to run queries quicker while keeping data in a central location.Hosted performance forum\'s Bi-Weekly to deliver crucial insights regarding performance trends on an on-going basis. The forum was used to brainstorm ideas such & resolve any urgent queries such as a low approval rate scenario.Played a central role in creating a 0+12 forecast for the team, by considering channel performance from months prior to estimate performance for 2025. Also, factoring seasonality & impacts of promotional periods for the product. Delivered a tool which helps estimate bounty revenue for the company, this aided the leadership team with negotiations to improve our revenue tally.
