   I am Tushar Rupanavar, currently a full-time Doctoral Research Fellow (Ph.D.) at the Dept. of Communication and Journalism, Ranade Institute, Savitribai Phule Pune University. I am pursuing my Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Ujjwala Barve, Madam. ‘Mobile Communication and Migratory Communities is my research interest area. Before that, I worked at the Department of Communication and Journalism, MES Abasaheb Garware College, Karve Road, Pune, as an Assistant Professor for 5 years. There I was looking after undergrad (B. Voc.) in Mass Communication and Master of Arts (Communication and Journalism) courses and teaching Media Management, Social Media Communication, and advertising subjects. Was actively associated with the media industry for 5 years in various capacities. Worked at renowned media houses like \'The Hindustan Times\', ‘Pune Mirror’, ‘The Golden Sparrow’, ‘Life365, and ‘Eenadu Digital’. I hold a Master\'s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (M.J.M.C.) from the Dept. of Communication and Journalism, Ranade Institute, University of Pune, with an A\' Grade. Recipient of two prestigious awards, the Late Sudha Vasant Atre Award\' and the Prof. M. R. Dhekane Prize, for excellence in News Reporting and Feature writing subjects, respectively, at the M.J.M.C. degree. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) with Physics as a special subject in First Class from the same Pune University.
