ABOUT TUSHAR ROY

I’m currently starting my professional journey as a Business Development Manager at an ISO certification body. With a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Lloyd Business School, I’ve developed an interest in how quality standards and structured systems can help businesses grow and operate more efficiently.At Lloyd, I was fortunate to be involved in several student clubs, including the Marketing Club, Finance Club, and Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell). Being part of these groups gave me the opportunity to learn from my peers, take part in various competitions, and gain practical exposure outside the classroom. Working closely with teams taught me the value of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.I’m eager to keep learning, grow in the field of business development, and contribute meaningfully to the organizations I work with. I’m also open to connecting with professionals from different industries to learn from their experiences.
