   At UBS, I am the Knowledge Management Analyst and Authorized Officer in Technology, responsible for enhancing and maintaining the knowledgebase system in the End User Services (EUS) division.My key responsibilities encompass:As part of my role, I am responsible for leading the efforts to improve and maintain our organization\'s knowledge base system by addressing the feedback received from various teams. This involves designing, documenting, and creating/updating knowledge articles to ensure that they contain relevant and accurate information. Additionally, I manage the feedback process in collaboration with the Delivery team to optimize the utilization and effectiveness of knowledge articles. I conduct reviews of expiring knowledge articles and work closely with subject matter experts from various domains to update their content. I actively create and update articles required by the Onboarding Team, especially for new products and services to ensure their seamless integration into our knowledge base system. To gather insights, understand requirements and performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement, I coordinate with the Delivery team and other support functions. I also generate comprehensive reports on knowledge base usage, contributions, and consumption, and initiate initiatives to boost KPI scores.Collaborating closely with management, I align the departmental production needs with the knowledge base system to ensure a seamless flow of information and enhance operational efficiency within the organization.
