Lead end to end delivery of Automation projects (RFQ to Go Live) across PAN India Distribution centers. Responsible for Automation design which includes understanding business requirement, RFQ preparation, High level process discussion, Technical offer evaluation, Vendor discussions, Comparative & budget preparation, System integration, RISK assessment, Redundancy checks. Preparing Design basis, Support in ML/layout preparation, electrical load power, BoQ verification while solution design, Kick off meetings, Design approval, H/WS/W interface. Supervising onsite activities such project schedules, Factory acceptance test (FAT), Site acceptance Test (SAT), Erection & Commissioning, UAT, Integrated trials & Throughput testing, Handover/ Takeover (HOTO) procedures, Trainings, Project Go Live, Ramp up, Stabilization etc. Handling cross functional activities, Technical Documentation, Reports and Standardization work, Design/ Process optimization & improvements, Proof of concept on IIoT devices etc. Project management, Vendor management, change management, Gap Analysis, Dismantling andreutilization of Automation assets. Critical Spares management, Maintenance, OSS support, AMC, Consumables, RCA/CAPA, MTTR/MTBF Analysis, Contribution factors, Uptime reports.Hands-on work- Put to Light (PTLs), Pick By Light (PBLs) Single/Double Deep Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS)- Stacker Crane, Mini load Multi Deep Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS)- Mother Child, Carton Shuttle. Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) Pallet Shuttle Cars etc Pallet & Light load (MDR) conveyors, Telescopic Boom, Vertical Lifts etc Sortation, Dimensioning and Weighing systems (DWS) etc Spiral Conveyors Vertical lifting modules for Chocolate storage in temperature controlled environmentAchievements-1.Received Gold performance of the year award in Feb 20212.Successful \"Go Live\" of 25+ no\'s Automation projects till date
