I manage the end-to-end logistics operations for LCL and FCL shipments, including booking delivery orders, tracking containers, coordinating stuffing, and handling VGM/MBL submissions via ODeX. I prepare HBL, address B/L queries, share vessel schedules and delivery orders with clients, and provide agents with pre-alerts and updates. I ensure seamless coordination with terminals for Thru unit connections, maintain accurate updates on Softship, and address daily operational queries. My role also involves handling customer onboarding, resolving disputes, and maintaining strong communication via calls and emails. Additionally, I oversee order-to-cash processes, such as order validation, credit checks, invoicing, and collections, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve shipping and billing issues. I regularly analyze business processes to identify and lead improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
