I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where complex problems need elegant, scalable solutions.In my current role at Netskope, I lead the Platform Growth Engineering team within Platform Engineering, serving as a technical bridge between customers, field teams, and internal engineering. I focus on forecasting capacity needs for the Netskope NewEdge cloud security platform, and I routinely dive from high-level architectural views into fine-grained service analysis to ensure reliability, efficiency, and long-term scalability.Previously at ARRIS (CommScope) in the CTO office, I contributed to several forward-looking research initiatives, including OFDM/OFDMA communication methods, TCP/UDP throughput modeling vs SNR/MER, TCP congestion control behavior, and low-latency access (LLD). I developed proprietary network simulation models and UDP-based speed and latency measurement systems, which supported technical papers and patent submissions.
