Responsible for managing Indian type approval of electric vehicle.• Complete planning of vehicle testing and certification activities for all Domestic vehicles with respect to vehicle, components and systems. • Preparation of homologation requirement matrix, certification budget, time plan & technical specification (AIS 007).• Co-ordinate with engineering teams/departments for documentation requirement and vehicle preparation for testing• Keeping track of new homologation & regulation requirements.• Executing final testing and certification with external test agencies, interacting with test agencies (ARAI/VRDE/ICAT).• Witnessing vehicle level CMVR testing at ARAI/VRDE/ICAT and resolving all test & documentation related queries.• Updating VAHAN portal for new certificate approval from respective test agency.
