   Understanding the project commercials and cost management of the projects of the Europe and UK region’s BLD (Building) Delivery Unit. Working as an APM for the South Kensington station Project and Project Hawk of Network Rail. Preparing budget, resource profiling on Deltek Connect Business. Monitoring the actual cost/hours against the budget through the Earned Value Analysis. Preparation of agreements, Project change control notes, invoices, and preparation the Project change orders. Follow up with internal clients on approval of change control notes, invoices, etc. Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports. Assisting the Project Manager on Business Management System activities. Understanding the existing dashboards and preparing new dashboards using Power BI, along with a digital team. Assistance to the Project Manager in their daily tasks, as & when required. Project Records Management: Insuring the data is properly managed as directed by the Project Manager and ensuring the use of standard templates, information, etc, across all similar projects. Proactively involved in improving the processes through automation and the use of digital Project delivery practices.
