For a leading Asset Management firm, I led the development of a Python/pandas codebase to segment sales teams into Value and Opportunity deciles based on assets held with the client and across the industry. I owned the end-to-end pipeline—using SQL for data extraction, pandas for segmentation logic, and Excel for validation and ad-hoc analysis. The outputs directly informed the client’s sales distribution strategy and coverage model optimization.For an Advertising subsidiary of a Japanese FinTech company, I was responsible for the data review and redesign of Incentive Compensation (IC) plans by benchmarking existing structures against ZS industry standards and competitors. Using Excel-based modeling, I analyzed attainment, pay mix, and market competitiveness, and delivered recommendations for a more simplified, market-aligned compensation framework.
