As a leader, I am deeply passionate about building products. I constantly seek better ways to do things, whether enhancing the user experience of existing products, creating growth and scale, or building ones promoting environmental sustainability. Over my 12-year career in consulting within the Big4 firms, I have worked with various leaders and clients across industries, managing and engaging different teams and delivering large-scale programs with multi-disciplinary teams. I have worked in industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and automobiles. Here, I\'ve come up with product ideas, developed roadmaps, and set ambitious visions for portfolios within organizations. I\'ve also implemented products and platforms as required. However, I\'m most proud of being involved in developing two products from the initial idea to their launch in the Indian Subcontinent. One still thrives, while the other didn\'t work out as planned, but it taught me a great deal. I\'m delving into the web3 product space because financial services must be more transparent and inclusive.
