Tushar Jain is an Associate Director - Sales with 20+ years of work experience in Retail Sales & Marketing, Projects and Business Development. Currently, he is the Regional Business Lead, responsible for the complete Xiaomi business via Retail Chains in all 5 categories - Phones, TVs, Lifestyle, Audio & IOT.Negotiate yearly TOTs, category margins, drive targets, roll out incentive schemes and plan sale events and festivals.Under his aegis, Xiaomi became the Single Largest Exclusive Retail Network of India by opening Mi Stores.As Project Head, he handled a pan India team of 10+ members and delivered a remarkable number of Mi Stores in 100 days.Prior to that, he was working as Marketing Head of Mi Homes. As Head of Marketing for Mi Homes, he was responsible for end to end marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Engagement.Campaigns – ATL and BTL; Digital Marketing – Social Media Campaigns, Digital Initiatives and Digital Tie-ups; Launch Activities – Store Launch and Product Launch; Cross Promotion Activities.Before heading Mi Homes, he was working as Regional Marketing Manager for North and West Region. Before Xiaomi, Tushar successfully completed his 4 years of marketing stint in Samsung India where he worked as Retail Marketing Manager (Visibility) – Pan India for more than a year and Regional Marketing Manager of Rajasthan for more than 3 years.
